How the work unfolds

From the first conversation to a design you can use.

The exact process can change with the scope of the commission. A consultation needs fewer steps; a complete interior concept needs more.

    You tell us about the property, how it should be used, and where the project stands.

  2. Brief, priorities and budget

    We agree what is necessary, what is desirable, and where the real limits sit.

  3. Direction and concept

    We propose a visual and practical direction that later decisions can follow.

  4. Developing the chosen solution

    We take the selected direction into more specific decisions about space and materials.

  5. Materials and furnishings

    We put together a selection that matches the agreed scope, the look and the way the space will be used.

  6. Handover or follow-on coordination

    We deliver the agreed outputs. Supplier coordination happens only when it is part of the scope.

  7. Optional styling, preparation and ongoing care

    If you want, we can continue with preparing the space, cleaning, or further property care.

Related services

The design can stand alone, or continue into the next step.

Interior design does not require cleaning or management. If a more contained refresh of an existing space is enough, that is a redesign. Home staging is for presentation — photography, sale or rental — not a long-term design.

The fee follows the scope, not a single flat rate.

After an initial conversation we prepare a specific proposal for scope and fee. These are the factors that most often shape it.

Common questions

Before you decide what you need from the design.

Do you design whole apartments as well as individual rooms?

Yes. We can design a whole apartment or house, or focus on selected rooms. The scope is agreed according to what the space and the brief actually need.

Can I book a consultation only?

Yes. Consultation and direction is a standalone way of working. It suits clients who need a professional view, a clearer brief, or help deciding the next step, without a full design.

Is interior design only for luxury properties?

No. We work with different types of apartments and houses. What matters is that the brief, the condition of the property and the expected scope make sense together.

Do you work with a more limited budget?

Yes. The budget is part of the brief, not an afterthought. We propose solutions that can be sourced and maintained within the agreed limits. Not every request will fit a smaller budget — we say so early.

Do you also design investment apartments?

Yes. For an investment property we consider the intended occupants, durability, upkeep and a measured spend on furnishings. A design can support how attractive and practical the space is; it does not guarantee yield or occupancy.

Do you arrange the purchase of furniture and furnishings?

Buying every piece is not an automatic part of the design. We can recommend specific items and, in an agreed scope, coordinate procurement. Purchase, delivery and assembly are handled separately.

Do you coordinate tradespeople and suppliers?

If it is part of the agreed scope, we can coordinate selected suppliers. We do not have in-house trades for every discipline, and we do not provide building supervision or arrange permits.

Do you prepare technical drawings?

Full project documentation and authorised construction drawings are not automatic. By agreement we can prepare working material or a brief for the next stage. The exact outputs are confirmed in the proposal.

How long does an interior design project take?

It depends on floor area, the number of rooms, the condition of the space, the deliverables and how many rounds of revision are needed. We confirm a timetable in the proposal. We do not promise a fixed deadline in advance.

How much does interior design cost?

The fee depends on floor area, the type of property, the number of rooms, the deliverables, the number of options and any coordination. After an initial conversation we prepare a specific proposal. We do not publish a starting price.

Do I also have to use management or cleaning?

No. Interior design can be booked on its own. Cleaning, property preparation or management can follow only if you want them.

Do you work with an already furnished interior?

Yes. We can start from what is already there and propose what is worth keeping, adjusting or replacing. If you need a lighter refresh rather than a full concept, we assess that scope individually.

Do you also provide the service in English?

Yes. We work in Czech and English, including with overseas owners of property in Prague.

Do you work outside Prague as well?

We work in Prague and surrounding areas. Projects further afield are assessed individually, and we say in advance whether the collaboration is practical.
