Yes. A one-off clean can be booked on its own, without a regular commitment, property management or any other service.
A standard clean covers the agreed living areas, bathroom, kitchen and floors. A deep clean goes further — after longer use, before move-in, after move-out or before a rental starts. Its scope depends on condition and must be agreed in advance.
Yes. Frequency and scope are set according to how the space is used. We do not set a minimum interval in advance.
Yes. We clean long-term rentals and short-term apartments, including changeover cleaning and a basic readiness check. You do not have to book management with it.
