What cleaning services do you offer in Prague?

Can I book a one-off clean only?
- Yes. A one-off clean can be booked on its own, without a regular commitment, property management or any other service.
What is the difference between a standard clean and a deep clean?
- A standard clean covers the agreed living areas, bathroom, kitchen and floors. A deep clean goes further — after longer use, before move-in, after move-out or before a rental starts. Its scope depends on condition and must be agreed in advance.
Do you offer regular cleaning for apartments and houses?
- Yes. Frequency and scope are set according to how the space is used. We do not set a minimum interval in advance.
Do you also clean rental properties?
- Yes. We clean long-term rentals and short-term apartments, including changeover cleaning and a basic readiness check. You do not have to book management with it.
Do you provide move-in or move-out cleaning?
- Yes. That is cleaning of an empty or nearly empty space. Moving, furniture removal and clearance are not automatically part of the service.
Can I book cleaning without property management?
- Yes. Cleaning is a standalone service. Management, rental preparation or design work are not a condition.
What do I need to send for an offer?
- The location, approximate size, current condition and the type of cleaning you need. Photographs help. From that we refine the scope, timing and how the work will be priced.
How is cleaning priced?
- By size, condition and the agreed scope. Deep cleaning is also affected by the state of the property, regular cleaning by frequency. Special requests are priced separately.
Do you bring your own cleaning products?
- The use of cleaning products and any special requirements are agreed in advance, according to the surfaces, furnishings and the scope of the service.
Do you clean outside central Prague as well?
- Yes. We work in Prague and surrounding areas, not only in the city centre.
Can cleaning be combined with repairs or preparation for rent?
- Yes. Cleaning can stay standalone, or continue into minor repairs, an interior refresh, furnishing or styling when a flat is being prepared for rent.
