Deep cleaning can be booked on its own. Regular cleaning and property management are not a condition.

What a deep clean can include, once we have agreed it.

  1. Living rooms

    A typical base, refined according to the furnishings and condition.

    • thorough dusting of reachable surfaces

    • the outside of furniture by agreement

  2. Kitchen

    The inside of an oven, fridge, cupboards or other appliances only if we agree that in advance.

  3. Bathroom and toilet

    We do not treat permanent damage, deeply damaged surfaces or mould as a remediation job.

  4. Details and less reachable places

    This is usually where a deep clean differs from regular care.

    These items are not an automatic part of the basic service. They are added only by agreement.

    We check the agreed scope. We do not use a formal inspection protocol.

Without a separate agreement, this is not clearance, painting or a post-build clean.

A deep clean is a thorough clean of the agreed surfaces. Some follow-on work can be coordinated separately, but it is not automatically part of this service.

If the space is loaded with building dust or another non-standard condition, we assess the scope individually first.

We first need the condition, not only the floor area.

For an offer, the location, layout or approximate size, a short description, photographs, a preferred date and any extra requests are enough. A visit is not required for every job.

What does a deep clean include?

Typically a more thorough treatment of living rooms, the kitchen, the bathroom and less reachable places. It is not a fixed checklist. The scope is always refined according to condition and what we agree.

What is the difference between regular cleaning and deep cleaning?

Regular cleaning keeps the agreed surfaces in everyday use. A deep clean goes further — into details, corners and the places a regular clean often skips. It is a one-off service, built around the actual condition of the space.

How much does a deep clean of an apartment cost?

The price depends on size, condition, how much furniture there is and the agreed scope. Square metres alone are not enough. We prepare a concrete offer from the description and any photographs.

Do you need to see the property first?

Not for every job. A description, layout and photographs are often enough. If the condition is non-standard, for example after building work, we review it individually.

Can I send photographs?

Yes. Photographs help us refine the scope, any extras and how the work will be priced.

Is window cleaning part of a deep clean?

Only if we agree that in advance. Windows, a balcony or a terrace are not an automatic part of the basic service.

Do you also clean the oven, fridge and the inside of cupboards?

Yes, if we agree that explicitly beforehand. The inside of appliances and storage is not included automatically.

Do you offer deep cleaning before move-in?

Yes. It is one of the most common situations. The scope depends on whether the space is empty, how soiled it is and what should be included.

Do you also clean after a tenant moves out?

Yes. After move-out a more thorough clean often makes sense. Clearance, furniture removal or painting are not automatically part of the clean.

Do you clean after a renovation?

Cleaning after extensive building work is not an automatic part of a deep clean. If the space is loaded with building dust, we assess the scope individually first.

Do I have to book regular cleaning as well?

No. Deep cleaning is a one-off service. Regular cleaning can be added later if you want it, but it is not required.

Can a deep clean be combined with repairs or property preparation?

Yes. The clean can stay standalone, or continue into minor repairs, an interior refresh, furnishing or styling when a flat is being prepared for rent.

How long does a deep clean take?

It depends on size, condition, how much furniture there is and the agreed scope. We set the timing after we have refined the work. We do not promise a universal duration.

Do you work outside central Prague as well?

Yes. We work in Prague and surrounding areas, not only in the city centre.
