The controller of personal data is Lucie Krivšič To, a natural person, operating under the WELL KEPT name.

What data the form processes

The contact form on wellkept.cz processes the information you submit with an enquiry:

• full name
• email address
• telephone number, if you choose to provide one
• property location
• type of service and scope of work
• the message text
• technical data needed to protect the form, in particular Cloudflare Turnstile verification

Purposes of processing

We use the data to receive and handle your enquiry, to continue the conversation about a suitable scope of work, and to protect the form against misuse.

Form data is not used for a newsletter, marketing profiling, or unsolicited outreach.

Legal basis

Handling an enquiry is based on steps taken at your request before entering into a contract, under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR.

Basic form security, abuse prevention and necessary technical records are processed on the basis of legitimate interest under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, so the website can be run safely and automated misuse can be limited.

Marketing consent is not the legal basis for this processing.

Retention period

If no collaboration follows, we keep the correspondence for a maximum of 12 months from the last contact.

If a collaboration does follow, we keep the data for as long as needed to perform the contract and then as required by applicable legal obligations.

Security and technical records are kept by the relevant providers only for as long as their settings require.

Recipients and processors

To run the website and send the form we use the following categories of providers:

• Vercel — website hosting and server-side form processing
• Cloudflare — DNS, Email Routing and Cloudflare Turnstile form protection
• Resend — sending transactional emails
• Seznam.cz — the destination mailbox

Transfers outside the EEA

Some providers may also process data outside the European Economic Area. Where that happens, it is done under the provider’s legal mechanisms, such as standard contractual clauses, where those apply.

We do not claim that all data remains exclusively in the EU.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures, including encrypted website transport, server-side form checks, and protection against automated misuse through Cloudflare Turnstile.

Access to received enquiries is limited to the people who need it to handle them.

Your rights

You may ask us to:

• access your data
• correct it
• erase it
• restrict its processing
• object to processing based on legitimate interest
• receive it in a portable form, where that right applies

The right to lodge a complaint

If you believe the processing is not in order, you can write to us at info@wellkept.cz or lodge a complaint with the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection.

Whether providing data is required

Using the form is voluntary. Name, email, location, type of service, scope of work and the message are needed so we can receive the enquiry and reply.

A telephone number is optional. The enquiry cannot be sent without the required fields.

Automated decision-making

Handling the contact form does not involve automated decision-making or profiling with legal effects.

Cookies and technical mechanisms

The website may use necessary technical mechanisms for security and form submission, in particular Cloudflare Turnstile.

Google Analytics and marketing cookies are not part of the website at present. A cookie banner is therefore not in use.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy if the way we process data, the services we use, or the legal requirements change. The current version will be published on this page with its effective date.
