This is not an automatic reconstruction, and it is not home staging for a sale. We assess the scope against the space and the goal.

Common questions
Before you decide how large a refresh you need.
How is a redesign different from interior design?
- A redesign works with the existing interior and changes selected layers — layout, colour, light, textiles or some of the furnishings. A complete interior concept is a better fit when the space needs a design from the first decision.
Can you redesign a single room?
- Yes. A redesign of one selected room is a standalone way of working.
Can the existing furniture stay?
- Often yes, if it is in usable condition and fits the new direction. We do not promise that most pieces will remain. We assess that in the actual space.
Do you work with a limited budget?
- Yes. The budget is part of the brief. We propose changes that can be sourced within the agreed limits. Not every request will fit a smaller budget.
Is a redesign suitable for an investment apartment?
- Yes. For an investment property we consider durability, upkeep and a clear presentation. We do not guarantee higher rent or return.
Do you also arrange painting?
- We can recommend painting and small surface updates and coordinate them in an agreed scope. They are not an automatic part of every proposal.
Do you coordinate tradespeople?
- If that is part of the agreement. Trade work without a prior agreement is not part of the redesign.
Do you arrange the purchase of furnishings?
- We can recommend specific pieces and, in an agreed scope, coordinate procurement. Buying every item is not automatic.
Is a redesign the same as a full reconstruction?
- No. A redesign is not a building project, work on load-bearing structures or a complete reconstruction. If the space needs that kind of intervention, we say so and suggest a different path.
How long does a redesign take?
- It depends on the number of rooms, the scope of the design, the availability of pieces and any coordination. We confirm a timetable in the proposal.
How much does a redesign cost?
- The fee depends on floor area, condition, the range of the design, the number of pieces, visits and coordination. We prepare a proposal after we understand the space.
Can a redesign be combined with preparation for rent?
- Yes. The redesign can stay standalone, or continue into property preparation, cleaning or styling for presentation.
Do you provide the service in English?
- Yes. We work in Czech and English.
Do you work in the Prague suburbs as well?
- We work in Prague and surrounding areas. Projects further afield are assessed individually.
