Before you write to us about your Prague rental.
Do I have to book complete Airbnb management?
No. You can hand over the full operation, or only selected tasks such as guest communication, bookings, changeover cleaning or technical property care.
Can you take over an Airbnb that is already running?
Yes. We can take on an existing short-term rental in an agreed scope, without changing everything at once.
Can you provide changeover cleaning only?
Yes. Cleaning and preparation between stays can be booked on its own, without complete management.
Can you prepare a new apartment for short-term rental?
Yes. We review the property, recommend what it needs, and can arrange cleaning, minor repairs, an interior refresh and preparation for photography. Setup can be booked without ongoing management.
Do you communicate with guests in English?
Yes. We communicate with guests and owners in Czech and English.
How is Airbnb management priced?
According to scope. Complete management may be a retainer, a share of operations, or a mix. Housekeeping is often billed per stay, and one-off setup as a project. We prepare a concrete proposal after we know the property.
Do you also handle repairs and technical issues?
We coordinate minor repairs, arrange tradespeople and deal with operational issues. That does not mean our own team carries out every trade — we oversee the work and keep you informed.
Do you work only in central Prague?
No. We work in Prague and surrounding areas, not only in the city centre.
